ORGANIC ULMO HONEY – 250grProduct Description: The ulmo is a tree endemic to the Cordillera mountain range in the Andes and Patagonia.Ulmo honey is the most renowned honey of the Cordillera because of its aromas of aniseed and star anise. Floral strength with a delicious lingering flavour in the mouth. Light golden in a liquid state, it quickly crystallises after a few months and then takes on an orangey yellow colour.Ideal for sweet desserts and particularly for ice cream and iced nougat. Delicious on buttered toast!
