CM20 is a 20mm stud high-capacity floor membrane for use on floors with minimal surface preparation required.
When a high drainage capacity membrane is required choose CM20
Ideal for use in basements with very wet conditions or where the huge stud height of 20mm is desired to maximize insulation values.
When used on floors, In many situations, CM20 is used without the need for perimeter drainage channels because of its water holding capacity.
Also, when overlaid with a concrete screed, the large diameter studs will give a high point of load resistance to support load-bearing walls built off the slab.
Available in a Roll Size = 20m x 2m
Fast and easy to install and lay
CM20 is sufficiently strong to permit internal load-bearing walls to be built on the membrane once a screed is added.
