A classic, velvety, aromatic gin. Juniper led with three citrus notes on the second level and just a hint of fragrant spice underneath. We make our Foy Gin entirely from scratch. It is distilled from our own alcohol in batches of 200 litres, firstly up to 96% ABV on the column still then a last run with the botanicals on the pot still. 500ml bottles, 40% ABV.
