An infrared sauna works by heating your body directly by penetrating the skin by up to 45mm with infrared rays, as opposed to a steam sauna which warms the air around you. As your body temperature increases your circulation is boosted and your body begins to sweat; this helps to remove unwanted toxins from the body, as well as simulating a fever and boosting your immune system.
Our four person infrared sauna, model number EAS-004, is made from either Canadian Hemlock or Red Cedar wood, with ceramic or carbon heaters, and is spacious enough for up to four people to use at once. The soft touch controls, reading lights, oxygen ionizer, and chromotherapy lighting ensure maximum enjoyment of your sauna experience.
