The granite chosen is 80/20 granite to quartz ratio for optimum cooling efficiency. The icosahedron shape was specifically chosen as it is more efficient at cooling than a cube of the same volume as the surface area is greatly reduced, this means that it’ll take a significantly longer time for the stones to reach room temperature.

• THE CLEAN & SIMPLE SOLUTION – Diamas Whiskey stones are proudly BPA free & are certified food grade, so rest assured, they’re perfect for the job from a hygiene standpoint too! The stones are handcrafted & polished to seal them and create a non-porous surface and to also stop them scratching your glass as a result. To use, Place the stones inside the storage pouch supplied, freeze for 4 hours minimum & then place a stone inside your glass along followed by your liquor of choice and enjoy!
