The flavour range of this Oscietra caviar taste ranges between earthy, nutty and fruity. Most noteworthy , the Oscietra Caviar taste is compared to that of Beluga, although the roe is measurably smaller and ranges in colour from light grey, to golden and dark brown. Medium sized eggs with a light aroma of hazelnuts. The colour of the eggs range from grey black, olive and light olive. Caviar is a food consisting of salt-cured roe of the family Acipenseridae. Caviar is considered a delicacy and is eaten as a garnish or a spread. Traditionally, the term caviar refers only to roe from wild sturgeon in the Caspian Sea and Black Sea.
