Adidas Water/Aqua Punchbag is an easy to fill bag, which can be used both indoors or out. The water helps the bag absorb punches to give a more life like feel and more intense workout. This bag would be recommended for both recreational and professional use.

Includes a D-Shackle and hanging kit to help adjust heights. A valve is also supplied to help fill and secure.
