Latch sets are designed for doors with access from only one side, such as pantries or under stairs cupboards. The latch is similar to the reverse side of a conventional Suffolk or Gothic Latch, with the inclusion of a knob for lifting the latch bar. Excess beeswax can be removed with a mild solvent and a soft cloth.
